Send a short message — what's on your list, roughly when, and where. I'll reply within 24 hours.

I come on the agreed time
Same person, every visit. I bring all supplies and equipment. You don't have to be home.

One clean invoice. No paper fees, no visit fees. If something isn't right, I come back within 48 hours.
